All appointment scheduling services are facilitated through Acuity Scheduling, an independent third-party booking platform. All clinical services are provided solely by independent registered Minnesota practitioners (MD, PA, or APRN/NP) who are not employees, agents, or representatives of this Site.
When you book an appointment through this Site, you are scheduling with an independent, third-party practitioner registered with the Minnesota OCM. These practitioners are solely responsible for:
We do not supervise, direct, credential, control, or employ any practitioner. No provider–patient relationship exists between you and PlymouthMarijuana.Clinic.
We do not guarantee that you will be certified in the Medical Cannabis Registry, that the OCM will approve your enrollment, or that an appointment will be available at a particular time or price. Certification decisions are made solely by the independent practitioner. Enrollment decisions are made solely by the OCM.
Use of this Site is intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older and who are Minnesota residents with a qualifying condition. Consult the OCM's Division of Medical Cannabis portal for current eligibility rules.
Appointment booking is facilitated through Acuity Scheduling. Payment may be made by major credit card at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is governed by the policy disclosed at booking and/or the independent practitioner's posted policy.
Minnesota's Medical Cannabis Program charges no state registration fee. Enrollment at the OCM's Division of Medical Cannabis portal is entirely free. The clinic consultation fee paid at booking is the only fee collected by this platform.
